Tastes in coffee differ but we offer a selection of the finest coffee from which you can select one to suit your taste.
Unlike many other providers we do not have an exclusive arrangement with any roaster or importer. Our coffees currently include beans imported from Italy and roasted here in Australia, dark roasts to light roasts and ranging from the mildly acidic to the smoother blends with chocolate overtones.
Our brands include:
Karalis Viola beans: A blend used in Italy for over 50 years. Full bodied but smooth, excellent for cappuccino, latte or espresso.
Karalis Gold beans: Predominantly Arabica, refined and sweet. Rich in aroma, perfect for espresso.
Carlini "Superauto" beans: Specially designed for use in automatic coffee machines. A rich, smooth and creamy coffee bean blend with a clean, sweet finish.
Carlini "Barista" beans: Mocha/Java style 100% Arabica Coffee blend – medium dark roasted for an excellent and versatile coffee
Carlini Supremo: Columbian blend of rich and smooth flavoured coffee with strong full-bodied caramel, honeycomb and a balanced fruitiness. Chocolate after-taste.
Saquella Premium Pods: Strong aromatic flavour with a touch of chocolate. Full-bodied taste with a consistent and creamy head and intense aftertaste.
Karalis Pods: Similar to Viola. Full bodied but smooth and excellent for either milk or black coffees.
Carlini Pods: 100% Arabica blend. A medium bodied smooth finish.
And, of course, in individual cases we supply brands such as Lavazza, Lazumba, Grinders and others.
